Preparing for Easter

Of course, it's necessary to prepare for the Easter bunny. So, today on Daddy's day off, we colored our eggs for him to hide! Cole thought it was a lot of fun, but it was very messy and we did loose 1 egg. It became Lola's lunch.
Tomorrow we're going to go visit the Easter bunny and hopefully it'll go well and Cole's fingers will not be green still from today's activity. Yesterday we were at a retirement party that took place next door to daycare and the Easter bunny who was visiting the daycare stopped by the party. Cole was obsessed with the bunny. He had no problems being held by him and he just stood and pointed while he visited the other kids. This makes me have high hopes for tomorrow, but you never know.

I can do it, Mama!

Surveying the final products

He picked mommy's patriotic egg as the prettiest!
